Event Contract Review and Negotiation

 Option 1.         Provide contract documents for our review prior to signing.

• We will review and provide recommendations. 

• Client handles all back-and-forth communications with guidance.

Option 2.         We attend the meeting in person with you.

• We assist in negotiating terms and conditions.

• We handle any back-and-forth communication with guidance.

Event Run of Show with Manager

Option 1.         We will provide you with a checklist. 

• Event manager executes according to timelines, terms and conditions required to follow contract. 

Option 2.         We attend the event in person. 

• We walkthrough checklist and points with event manager, bar staff, DJ’s Venue management, assist in following timelines and terms and conditions. 

• You are notified immediately of any potential breaches to contact which could result in deposit forfeiture and or legal repercussions. 

Post Event

• Sign off that contract conditions were met between assignee and assignor. 

• We represent you in conflicts and negotiation if applicable. 

• Recovery options
